Mudd, III., 62 of Vidor died Sunday, February 19, 2012 at his residence.  A native of Baytown, he has lived in Vidor since 1973, and was a painter.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 24, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Del Rose Cemetery in Vidor.  Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home.  Clarence is survived by his son Carlos Mudd of Vidor, daughters Angela Mudd of Beaumont, and Brigit Ard of Vidor, sisters Penny Tumbleson of Lumberton, and Cheryl Ambrosia of Youngsville, LA., and eight grandchildren. Hendry, 79, of Vidor passed away on Valentine Day Tuesday, February 14, 2012 after a long bout with cancer. Born in Lufkin, TX, on March 14, 1932 to the late Earl and Beulah B. Davidson Hendry. Mr Hendry was retired from the former Gulf Supply Co. of Beaumont, he served his country in the US Army until May 1955. James was an avid fisherman, hunter, gardener and  wood worker. He loved to read and was a history buff. James graduated from Stephen F. Austin College in Nacogdoches with a BA Degree. James is survived by his wife Barbara J. Hendry, son James Lee Hendry of San Antonio, TX, daughter Debora Louise Fisher and her husband Perry of Cypress, TX, granddaughter Nicole Jean Hendry of Austin, TX, brothers Glenn, Leon, Melvin Hendry and his wife Alma all of Lufkin, TX, brother-in-law Herman H.
