Acie Bailey, 72, of Hemphill died Friday, May 7, 2004 at his residence in Hemphill. A native of Orangefiled, TX., he has resided in Hemphill since 1994. Acie is a retired carpenter and was a minister for Aposolic Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Hemphill. He is survived by his wife Opal Bailey of Hemphill, TX., sisters: Hattie D. Bailey of Hemphill, TX and Ruth Drost of Sulfur, LA.
