Alma Mae Mott

Alma M. Mott, 88, of Vidor died Friday, December 27, 2013 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Lander, Wyoming, Alma was a longtime resident of Vidor, and a homemaker. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Vidor under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Vidor. Alma was preceded in death by her father Alvin Delmer Nation and mother Mae Bell Wattenbarger Wilkerson, brother John Nation, David Nation, and Ben Wilkerson sisters Ellen Bennett, Mary Matthews, and Rose Wemmer. Alma is survived by her sons Charles Ferguson of Jarrett, VA., Eddie Ferguson of Stroud, OK., daughters Shirley Loechel Kerr of Vidor, and Aleta Ferguson of Lumberton, sister Martha Blackburn of Valley City, UT., Anita McKinnon of Whittier, CA., Wilma Dahle of TX., and Jodi Kelley of Pahrump, NV., eight grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
