Ana Lou Segrest

Ana L. Segrest, 92, of Vidor died Thursday, December 3, 2009 at Cypress Glen East in Port Arthur, TX. A native of Warren, TX., she has lived in Vidor for 30 years, and was a retired teacher and homemaker. She was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church of Vidor, and the Order of the Eastern Star in Vidor Chapter # 910. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial services to begin at 1:00 p.m. at Williams Cemetery in Warren, TX. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 7, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home. Ana was preceded in death by her son Jim W. Segrest, and her sister Mary Dan Williams. She is survived by her sons James W. Griffin and wife Reba of Vidor, Kenneth Segrest and wife Mary Ethel of Beaumont, her daughter-in-law Ann Segrest, four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, one niece and a host of family and friends.
