Barbara Jeanne Trumble

Barbara Jeanne Trumble, 87, of Vidor, TX passed from this life to her heavenly home on August 13, 2021. She was born to the late Karl and Dorothy Law on May 25, 1934 in Parkersburg, West Virginia. She married the late Everett Trumble on September 22, 1953 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her visitation will be Monday, August 16, 2021 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Her funeral service will be Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor at 10:00 AM with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Barbara is survived by her two loving children : Tim Trumble(Caregiver) of Vidor, TX and Janet Trumble Duty and husband Harley of Hardin, TX. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren Kathryn Meszewski and husband Arthur, Chad Duty and wife Amanda, Stephanie Ryniak and husband Ian, and Robin Trumble and her fiance Eric Hesse. She had 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild as well as a numerous nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by her loving husband in 2012, a half brother John Brown and half sister Linda Barrett. Barbara loved reading her bible, her favorite verse was Psalms 91. She enjoyed crocheting and made many afghans through the years and she loved going to garage sales and resale shops. She will be greatly missed by her family, extended family, and friends, and many others who had the pleasure of knowing her. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the caring and compassionate nurses and staff at Riceland Hospice.
