Barbara Oldbury Tamayo

Barbara O. Tamayo, 39, of Vidor died Wednesday, December 29, 2004 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Beaumont, TX, she was a lifelong resident of Vidor. She was the owner-operator of Cambios Salon in Vidor since 1987. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 1, 2005 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Vidor, under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Williamson Cemetery in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Friday, December 31, 2004 at Memorial Funeral Home. Barbara is survived by her husband of 15 years, Jesus Tamayo of Vidor, TX, sons: Jesse and Michael Tamayo both of Vidor, TX, daughters: Lanee and Brianna Tamayo both of Vidor, TX, parents: Blue and Norma Lynn Oldbury of Vidor, TX, sisters: Rene` Shaw of Houston, TX, Michele Oldbury and Julie Johns both of Vidor, TX. In Lieu of Flowers: Beaumont Municipal Credit Union Trust Account # 12738 for her children.
