Ben Ed Freeman

Ben Ed Freeman, 71, of Vidor, died Wednesday, January 26th, 2022 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. He was a longtime resident of Vidor. He retired as a self employed hot shot driver which he did for most of his working life. His passion was motocross racing and built and maintained multiple motocross tracks. He also loved spending time with his family. Cremation arrangements are entrusted with Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor and he will have a funeral service Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM and the service beginning at 2:00 PM. He is survived by his son Ben and wife Trudi Freeman of Buna, TX, sisters Margaret and husband Freddie Davis of Lufkin, TX, Jeanie and husband Calvin Goodman of Vidor, TX, and Tami and husband Greg Gabriele of Vidor, TX, 3 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Ben and Ruth Freeman and son Jeremiah Freeman.
