Bettye Sue Quebedeaux

Bettye S. Quebedeaux, 87, of Vidor died Sunday, November 8, 2009 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Bettye was born on September 25, 1922 in Ft. Worth, Texas to J.T. and Audrey Stateson. She was a longtime resident of Vidor and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor. A funeral liturgy outside mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Green Lawn Memorial Park in Port Arthur. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. and a rosary at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home. Bettye was preceded in death by her husband J.D. Quebedeaux, son Michael Quebedeaux, sister Mary Ann Drake and grandson Doug Quebedeaux. She is survived by her sons Jim Quebedeaux and wife Janet of Nederland, TX, Ricky Quebedeaux of Vidor, TX, Jay Quebedeaux and wife Cyndi of Vidor, TX, daughter Cindy Winfrey and husband Dave of Vidor, TX, brother J.T. Stateson of Ft. Worth, TX, 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
