Billie J. Harper, 71, of Vidor died Thursday, August 11, 2006 at Anahuac Health Center in Anahuac, TX. A native of Corrigan, TX, she lived in Vidor for 63 years. Billie was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Vidor. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 12, 2006 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Chester, TX at 2:00 p.m. Saturday. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Friday, August 11, 2006 at Memorial Funeral Home. Billie is survived by her daughters: Sheila Finley of West Virginia, Cheryl Kendell and Gail Poling both of Lufkin, TX, Brenda Hanks of Ft. Worth, TX, brothers: James Loving of Chester, TX, Tommy Mayo of Moss Bluff, LA, sisters: Margaret Cornell of Orangefield, TX, Mary Freeman of Mauriceville, TX, Willie Pitman and Della Hemmenway both of Vidor, TX, and several grandchildren.
