Billie 'Smiley' Eli Paskell

Smiley Paskell, 82, of Vidor died Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at his residence. A native of Traywick, TX, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Smiley was a retired self employed contractor and served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, February 19, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Memorial Funeral Home. Smiley is survived by his son John Paskell, daughter Penny Smith both of Vidor, TX, sister Florence Gallagher of California.
