Billy R. Gambill, 91, died Monday, April 18th, 2016 in Vidor. He was a former resident of Vidor for many years before moving to Florida. Billy loved to fish and travel. He is survived by 1 daughter, Becky Patterson and husband Marc of Vidor, 1 son, Brian Gambill and wife Pilar of Debary, Florida, 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, and 2 sisters, Lela Murrow and Juanita Harris. Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Gambill, 1 daughter, Brenda Manford, 1 grandson, William Douglas Johnson, Jr., 1 brother, Neil Gambill and 1 sister, Sis Turner. No services are scheduled. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.
