Bobbie Jean Laughlin

Bobbie Jean Laughlin, age 73, born: January 1, 1930, Port Neches, TX., died: June 26, 2003, Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Ranzy Laughlin. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Kathy Laughlin of Navasota, TX., a daughter and son-in-law, Melinda and Keith Barnes of Vidor, TX., two grandchildren, Matthew Barnes of Vidor and Amanda Laughlin of Huntsville, TX. And four step-grandchildren, two brothers, Raymond McDonald of Silsbee, TX., Buzz McDonald of Center, TX. She was a retired bookkeeper for the Vidor Indepentent School District and a member of the Vidor Church of Christ. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday June 30, 2003 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Swearingen Cemetery in Fred, TX. At 4:30 p.m.. Visitation will begin at 7:00 p.m. Sunday June 29, 2003 at the funeral home.
