Bradley K. Perkins, 42, of Lindale, TX, died June 19, 2015 at The University of Texas at Tyler Health Center Hospital in Tyler, TX. A native of Jacksonville, TX, he was a longtime resident of Vidor and moved to Lindale about a year ago. Bradley was a 1991 Vidor High School graduate and received his Master Degree in Education from North Arizona University. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, June 22, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am Monday, June 22, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home. Bradley is survived by his fiancee Madison Stinson of Lindale, TX, son Nicholas Perkins and daughter Antonia Perkins both Flagstaff, AZ, Parents Bill and Delbra Perkins of Livingston, TX, and Vicki Matlock and John Baker of Lindale, TX, brothers Bryan Perkins of Durant, OK and Bradley Roark of Vidor, TX, sisters Wendy Pool of Vidor, TX, and Pam Koenning of South Houston, TX. In lieu of flowers donations can be made at the website of Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
