Brenda Jean Bailey

Brenda Johnson Bailey, 62, of Vidor, TX, was born January 29th, 1956 and passed away Wednesday, September 26th, 2018 in Beaumont, TX, surrounded by her loving family. A native of Beaumont, TX, Brenda was a longtime resident of Vidor who loved to read. She also loved music and dancing, but more than anything else, she loved helping other people and she loved spending time with her family and friends. Brenda is survived by her daughter LeAnn Mooney and son Paul Bailey Jr., 1 granddaughter Leslie Mooney. She is also survived by her mother Jean Johnson, brothers Charles Johnson, Roger Johnson and his wife Bobbie, sisters Shelia Lewis, Charla Miller and her husband Rich, and Nadine Reed and her husband Robert, along with many nieces and nephews. Brenda is preceded in death by her father James Johnson, her husband Paul Lee Bailey, her brother Jimmy Johnson and granddaughter Elizabeth Mooney. Visitation will start at 9:00 am and funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with burial to follow at Bailey Cemetery in Vidor.
