Charles Edward Falgout, Sr.

Charles E. Falgout, Sr., 81, of Vidor died Friday, February 14, 2014 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. A native of Beaumont, Charles was a longtime resident of Vidor, and a retired heavy equipment operator with Union Local # 450. Charles served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 17, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home. Charles was preceded in death by his two loves, his first wife Kathleen 'Tinnie' Falgout, and his second wife Violet Marie Falgout. Charles is survived by his sons: Charles 'Bo' Falgout, Jr and wife Darlene of Beaumont, Archie Ray Thrasher, Jr of Vidor, Paul Wayne Thrasher and wife Sandra of Lawton, OK., Jerry Lynn Thrasher, Sr and wife Kelvie of Duncan, OK., Jackie Lee Thrasher, Sr and wife Lisa of Kirbyville, and Gerald Deewayne Thrasher and wife Lisa of New Iberia, LA., daughters Peggy Sue Fruge and Pamela Dianne Stone and husband Troy, brother Henry Lloyd Falgout, sisters Marian Hood all of Vidor, and Carolyn Yellott of Waskom, TX., two grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
