Cora Cornelia Coker

Cora C. Coker, 93, of Vidor died February 12, 2005 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Woodworth, LA, she was a resident of Vidor since 1960. Cora was a member of First Pentecostal Church in Vidor and was a homemaker. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 15, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home. She is survived by her son: William Burgin of Vidor, TX, daughter: Myrtle Lea Black of Muskegon, MI, sisters: Irene Aycock and Lena Nelson both of Olla, LA, 16 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 15 great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Charles Burgin and daughter Betty Jane Caraway. In Lieu of Flowers: donations can be made to your local animal shelter.
