Corey is survived by his wife Khriss Holbrook of Vidor, TX, daughter: Harleigh Lyn Holbrook of Vidor, TX, mother: Norma Blankenship of Vidor, TX, father: Richard Johnstone of West Columbia, TX brother: Clifton Blankenship of Vidor, TX, sisters: Rachel Marie of Texas, and Brandi Hammonds of Vidor, TX.
