David Glyn Terry

David G. Terry, 80, of Vidor died Monday, August 12, 2013 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Corsicana, TX., David has lived in Vidor for 53 years, and was a retired truck driver from the Teamsters Union. David served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Home. David was preceded in death by his wife Peggy 'Jerry' Terry, parents John and Sadie Terry, and brother Bill F. Terry. David is survived by his son DD Terry and wife Lucy Parker Terry, two grandchildren: Callie and Corrie Terry all of Orange, sister Dorothy Thomas of Choupique, LA., and numerous nieces and nephews.
