Dorothy Faye Castilaw

Dorothy Castilaw, 88, of Vidor died Tuesday, January 26th, 2016 at Harbor Hospice Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Yokum, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of TOPS, also the Red Hat Ladies Society. She loved sewing and made baby quilts to donate to the Christian Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Friday, January, 29, 2016 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Thursday, January 28, 2016 at Memorial Funeral Home. Dorothy is survived by her sons Lee Castilaw of Beaumont, TX and David Castilaw of Maine, daughters Sandra Pye of North Las Vegas, NV, Lois L. Thompson of Lawerenceville, GA, and Polly Jennings of Vidor, TX, 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, 25 great great-grandchildren.
