Dorothy Faye Primrose Lange

\r\nDorothy Faye Primrose Lange, born October 17, 1927, passed away Monday evening, February 22, 2010. She was very active in her churches, community organizations and at work in her hometown of Jasper and home in Vidor until her illness in late 2009. Dorothy faithfully cared for her parents over a period of 20 years during their final days. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents RC and Fay Primrose. She is survived by her son Rusty Lange and wife Ami of Vidor, daughter Amanda Richey of Dallas, granddaughter Tiffani Wilkinson and husband Brandon, grandsons Jeremy Lange and Ryan Lange, great grandson Caden Wilkinson, brother Billy Primrose of Jasper, sisters Oline Harris of Denton, TX., and Mary Jane Morgan of Jasper and much extended family. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at Forest Oaks Funeral Home of Jasper, with burial to follow at Homer Cemetery in Jasper. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, a visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2010 at Forest Oaks Funeral Home of Jasper. She will be dearly missed by her large family and countless friends. She left a void on this planet that cannot be replaced.
