Dorothy Marie West

Dorothy Marie West, 78, died Wednesday, April 21st, 2021 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, Texas. She was a longtime resident of the Golden Triangle and was a member of La Belle Baptist Church in Beaumont, Texas. She worked as a Healthcare Administrator, and was a ministers wife. She loved to sew and make arts and crafts, as well as decorating her home. Spending time with family was also very important to her. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with a visitation on Friday April 23rd 2021 at 9:00 AM and a funeral service to follow at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday April 23rd 2021 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Hornbeck, Louisiana. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, James West, of Beaumont, TX and her sons David West of Beaumont, TX, Wesley West of Sachse, TX, John west of La Belle, TX, Her daughter Anna Davis of Fairfield, TX, bothers Thomas Freeman of Spring City, TN, James Freeman of Knoxville, TN, sisters Lucy Manning of Groves, TX, Lillie West of Vidor, TX, Ann Powdrill of New Market, TN, Rose Davis of Nederland, TX and her 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren and two on the way.
