Dovie Reba Sprinkle 79, of Vidor died Friday, June 29, 2007 at Vidor Manor Nursing Home, Dovie was a lifelong resident of Vidor, she was a homemaker and a member of Vidor Glory Church of God. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday July 3, 2007 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to be held at Hollis Springs Cemetery, Fort Polk LA, at a later time. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Monday, July 2, 2007 at Memorial Funeral Home. Dovie is survived by her sons Oliver Sprinkle Jr. , Daniel Sprinkle , Jimmy Sprinkle , Samuel Sprinkle , Walter Sprinkle all of Vidor, TX, and Sonny Riggs of Pineville, LA, daughter Joyce Milstead of Vidor, TX, her brother R.C. Calhoun of Sulfur Springs, TX, 21 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
