Earl Emmett "Bud" Woolwine Sr.

Earl Emmett "Bud" Woolwine Sr., 80, of Vidor passed from this life and entered into eternal rest with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. He was a longtime resident of Vidor, Texas. Arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. There will be a visitation Monday, January 24th, 2022 at Memorial from 5:00PM until 9:00 PM with cremation to follow. He is survived by his children: Earl Woolwine Jr., Robert “Bobby” Woolwine (Diane McQuiston), Lisa Woolwine Dunn (Chris), Theresa Woolwine (Jimmy Domingue, Jr.), Anita Woolwine (Peter Hoppie), and Katherine Woolwine Finch (John), his first wife Helen “Bootsie” Foster, along with 16 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. His brothers Carroll Woolwine, Wayne Woolwine, Woody Woolwine, Jr., Jerry Woolwine, Roger Woolwine, his sisters Jeanette Willett, Diane Buoy, Sylvia Herring, Brenda Cantella, Kay Holloway and Roxanne Jenkins, and a host of nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his step daughter Carrie (Johnny) Williams, Billy Ray (Elizabeth) Tanner, Gloria (William) Bonds. He is preceded in death by parents Woody & Vallie Woolwine, his wife Betty, step daughter Tami McDonald, and granddaughter, Kayla Weisz.
