Edna G. Jordan, 82, of Vidor died Monday, April 27, 2009 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Daingerfield, TX., she has lived in Vidor for 62 years, and was a retired cafeteria manager after 30 years with VISD at the Pine Forest Elementary Campus. She was a 50 year member of the Order of The Eastern Star Chapter 914. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home. Edna is survived by her husband Paul Jordan, Sr, sons Paul Jordan, Jr. and his wife Sue of Euless, TX., Charlie Jordan and his wife June of Vidor, daughter Barbara Adams and her husband Gary of Vidor, brothers Tommy and Jimmy Williams both of Vidor, sisters Elizabeth King of Nacogdoches and Merle Redd of Lufkin, TX, grandchildren Paula Pemberton, Steven Jordan, Khristy Rupe, Ashley Adams, Alicia Nunez, Jodie Marshall, Dustin Garrett and Charlie Jordan Jr, great-grandchildren Kale Pemberton, Brad Nunez, Lindsey Jordan, Brett Nunez, Kristin Jordan, Blake Carter, Shawn Jordan, Brynn Adams, Braxton Adams, Mallory Marshall, Jenna Marshall, Carlie Jordan, Easton Jordan and Jordan Ryse.
