Elizabeth Ann Newman

Elizabeth Ann Bernal - Newman, 43, died Tuesday, September 29th, 2015 at her residence. She was a lifelong resident of Vidor who loved to fish and go boating. She was also an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Liz loved to spend quality time with her family and was a loving wife, mother, aunt, sister, and cousin and will always be loved and missed. Liz is survived by her loving husband Fred Newman of 25 years, 2 sons, Dylan Newman and Nicholas Newman, mother, Betty Bowman - Brunner of Vidor, father, Arthur Bernal of Beaumont, sister, Angela Simmons and husband Chris of Vidor, and brother Art Bernal, Jr. and wife Crystal of Vidor. She is also survived by 2 beloved aunts, Jo Ann Martin and husband Jason, and Trudy Escamilla and husband Joe, and an uncle, Bobby Vincent. Liz was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Theresa Jo Newman - Gallier. Visitation will be Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with a funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m.. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.
