Ennis "Roy" Leroy Fomby

Roy Fomby, 63, of Vidor died Sunday, February 14th, 2016 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Vidor. A native of Prescott, Arkansas, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Roy was a member of First United Methodist Church in Vidor and retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of serving his country. Roy was an avid nascar fan and fisherman. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at First United Methodist Church in Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Roy is survived by his wife of 43 years Darlene Fomby of Vidor, TX, daughters Candace Perkins and her husband John of Lumberton, TX, Kimberly Spencer and her husband Brian of Champagne, Ill, brother Joe Fomby of Vidor, TX and 2 grandchildren
