Ernest K. Stage

Ernest K. “Doc” Stage, 64, of Vidor died Sunday, February 19, 2006 at his residence. A native of Coldwater, MI., he has lived in Vidor since 1981, and was retired after 23 years as a boilermaker. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor, Texas. Services will be officiated by his son-in-law Jessie Kelley. A gathering of family and friends will be after the services at Jessie and Melody Kelley’s Home. He was preceded in death by his brother Richard Stage, and sister Opal Delores Squire. He is survived by his wife of 29 years Judy Stage of Vidor, son, Troy Stage of Beeville, TX., daughters, Lisa Stage of Mendon, MI., Robin Kay Stage of Jacksonville, AR., and Melody Kelley of Vidor, brother, Roy Stage of Tekonsha, MI., four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.brbr
