Esther Alice Mcfadden

Esther A. McFadden, 85, of Vidor died Monday, August 3, 2009 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. A native of Oakey, Queensland Australia, she has lived in Vidor since 1977, and was a homemaker. She also worked in an airplane factory during WWII assembling engines. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 7, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Del Rose Cemetery in Vidor, Texas. Esther was preceded in death by her husband Clarence Wayne McFadden, daughter Beverly Ann Johnson, parents Thomas and Victoria Williams, brothers Dave Williams, and Norman Williams, sisters Mabel Lynch, and Daisy Pottinger , and one grandchild Tracy Johnson. She is survived by her sons Charles McFadden and wife Beth of Willis, TX., and Gary W. McFadden of Vidor, daughter Pam Sorich and husband Mike of Shenandoah, TX., brother Alick Williams and wife Cynthia and sister Mary Green and husband Glenn all of Queensland, Australia, ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
