Eugene Dee Rambo Jr.

Eugene D. Rambo, 81 of Burkeville, TX died Saturday, October 9th, 2021 at his residence. A native and longtime resident of Vidor, before moving to Burkeville. Eugene was retired from Ameripol Synpol as a machinist. He was a member of Newton Masonic Lodge # 136 and was a past worshipful master. Eugene served his country in the U.S. Navy on the USS Amberjack. He had a passion for fishing and hunting. Graveside services will begin at 2:00 pm Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Eugene is survived by his wife of 26 years Glenda Rambo of Burkeville, TX, son Kenneth Rambo and his wife Dena of Vidor, TX. 4 grandchildren Kenny Rambo, Kaylene Foster, Jessica Campbell and John Dixon, and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister Glenda Rambo Hryhorchuk.
