Frank A. Guarnere, 82, of Vidor died Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. A native of Beaumont, he has lived in Vidor since 1957 and was a retired operator with Texaco Refinery after 21 years of faithful service. He served his country in the United States Army-Air Corp. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Eastgate United Pentecostal Church in Vidor under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Williamson Cemetery in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 27, 2010 at Eastgate United Pentecostal Church in Vidor. Frank was preceded in death by his parents Anthony and Mary Guarnere, brothers Jerry V. Guarnere, and Vincent Guarnere, and his sister Carmaleen Suire. He is survived by his wife Marilyn Guarnere, sons Ronald C. Guarnere, and Donald W. Guarnere, daughters Debra L. Wilson and Angela D. Smith all of Vidor, brother J. D. Guarnere of Nederland, thirteen grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
