Frank Paul Mooney

Frank P. Mooney, 83, of Vidor died February 23, 2014 at Vidor Health and Rehab Center in Vidor. Frank was a native of Wheelock, TX, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Frank was a member of the National Asbestos Workers Local Union #22 where he taught the 4th year apprentice classes for 20 years. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. A gathering for family and friends will be held from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home. Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years Betty Jean Jordan Mooney, son Danny Frank Mooney, brother Robert Lee Mooney Jr, sister Doris Marie Grimes. He is survived by his son Donny Paul Mooney, daughter Cathy Lynn McCraw, Christy Lee Bailey and Victoria Marie Mooney-Sartor, brother Jimmy Mooney of Vidor, TX, 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
