Freddie Raymond Mansfield

Freddie R. Mansfield, 65, of Vidor died Friday, June 17, 2011 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of Vidor, and a heavy equipment operator for 43 years with Inland Container. He loved hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, June 19, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Mansfield Cemetery in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Home. Freddie was preceded in death by his mother Gladys Mansfield, sister Elaine Denny, and by his uncle Asa Mansfield who raised him. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Linda Mansfield, sons Brad Mansfield and wife Vicki, Cliff Mansfield, Sr and wife Lydia, daughter Melissa Smith and husband Les all of Vidor, four grandchildren: Ashley Kibodeaux, Paul Mansfield, Cliff Mansfield, Jr., Ethan Mansfield, and one great granddaughter Teal Kibodeaux all of Vidor.
