Gaylon "Gabe" Jones

G.R. "Gabe" Jones, 90, of Vidor, Texas died Friday, September 16th, 2022 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, Texas. He was a longtime resident of Vidor and had retired from being an Operator at Mobil Oil. Gabe served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He also belonged to Masonic Lodge #1286 in Vidor. He loved to read the Bible. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. There will be a memorial service 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 21st, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Gabe is survived by his wife of 66 years of Joy Jones of Vidor, TX, and his sons Gaylon Ray Jones Jr. of Lake Arrow Head, CA and Mark Jones of Reno, NV, as well as four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
