Gilbert Edward Starr

Gilbert E. Starr, 57, of Vidor died Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston , Texas. A native of Steuberville, OH., he has lived in Vidor for 7 years, and was a director of surgery for Fort Bend County Hospital, and a RN for over 30 years. He volunteered with the inner city homeless shlelter’s. Memorial services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2006 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. He was preceded in death by his father Gilbert Starr. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Judy Starr of Vidor, son Adam Starr of Vidor, mother Willeth Mancini of Warren, OH., brothers Richard Starr of Warren, OH., David Mancini of Niles, OH., and Bobby Mancini of Warren, OH., sisters Linda Franco of Nebraska, and Veronica Mancini of Florida.
