Gordia Ethel Rogers

Gordia Ethel Rogers, 87, of Vidor died Wednesday, July 20, 2005 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. A native of Leesville, Louisiana she has lived in Vidor for 40 years and was a retired custodian with Vidor Independent School District. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 23, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Del Rose Cemetery in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, July 22, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. She is survived by her sons Ernest Frank Dunwoody and Eddie Lee Dunwoody both of Mauriceville, TX., brothers, John Frank Bookout of Houston, and Bill Bookout of Sulphur, LA., six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
