Hazel Vincent Caldwell

Hazel V. Caldwell, 95, of Buna died Sunday, January 16, 2011 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home in Vidor. A native of Kaplan, LA., she was a longtime resident of Vidor and a homemaker. She was a member of the Our Lady of Lourdes Seniors Club. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church of Vidor under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. and a Rosary to begin at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Home. Hazel is survived by her sons Carl Caldwell of Buna, and Peter Caldwell of Fairfield, TX., daughter Jamie Ritchey of Houston, sister Eloise Chester of Richardson, TX., four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
