Helen Clara Sistrunk

Helen C. Sistrunk, 83, of Vidor died Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at Vidor Manor Nursing Home. A native of Many, LA, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Helen was a retired RN with Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital and a member of First United Methodist Church in Vidor. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, December 1, 2005 at Restlawn Memorial Park , under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at Memorial Funeral Home. Helen is survived by her sons: Dennis Sistrunk and his wife Vicki of Nederland, TX, David Sistrunk and his wife Iris of Vidor, TX, daughter: Gloria Breckenridge and her husband Ronnie of Austin, TX, brother: Winston Sirman of Benton, LA, sister: Mable Givens of Shreveport, LA, grandchildren: Joe Bass, Erin Higginbotham, Devin and Dennise Sistrunk, great-grandson: Sam Bass.
