Henry Bynum Combs

Henry B. Combs, 92, of Vidor died Thursday, May 24, 2007 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, TX. A native of Melbourne, Arkansas, he has lived in Vidor since 1948, and was a retired operating engineer with Local #450. He proudly served his country in the United States Army/Air Corp during WWII, and was a faithful member of Pecan Acres Baptist Church in Vidor. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 26, 2007 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2007 at Memorial Funeral Home. He was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years Mildred Combs. He is survived by his son Jessie Combs of Vidor, and daughter Henrietta Barnett of Vidor, four sisters in California, four grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
