Henry Floyd Pittman

Henry Floyd Pittman, 81, of Vidor died November 12th, 2014 at his residence. He was born March 29, 1933. Floyd served in the US Army. He was a member of the Carpenters Local and retired from APAC. He was a member of Eastgate United Pentecostal Church. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Friday , November 14th, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. A gathering for family and friends will be from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Thursday, November 13th, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Floyd was preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years, Bobbie Pittman. He is survived by daughter, Rhonda Pittman Hill and husband Richard Hill, Jr. of Vidor; grandsons Johnny Travi and wife Becca and their daughters Paisley and Skyleigh; Josh Travis and his daughter MaKena; Jake Travis; and Tim Carpenter; brother J.D. Pittman and wife Willie of Vidor; and sister Laula Faye George of Vidor. He was also preceded in death by daughter Gail Carpenter and husband Danny; and brother Roy and wife Dorothy Pitman.
