Hilda Mae Johnson

Hilda Johnson, 87, of Beaumont died Thursday, November 26, 2009 at Summer Place in Beaumont. Hilda was born in Jennings, Louisiana on January 11, 1922 to Polite and Alida Johnson. She was a homemaker and a member of Proctor St. Baptist Church in Port Arthur. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation was held Friday, November 27, 2009 at Memorial Funeral Home. Hilda is survived by her sons David Johnson of Nederland, TX, and Bill Duncan of Lake Jackson, TX, daughters Sharon Herrington of Silsbee, TX, Lisa Black and Penny Knight both of Sour Lake, TX, Paula Foy of Lumberton, TX, sisters Genevieve Norris and Waverly Armstrong both of Vidor, TX, 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
