J.B. "Jay" Walker, Jr

Jay Walker Jr., 69, of Vidor died Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at his residence. A native of Beaumont, TX, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Jay retired from the US Air Force as a Senior Master Sargent and served in the Vietnam Conflict. Jay was also a member of the Fire Birds Association. Jay's memorial service will be held at the Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor at 2:00 PM Sunday November 2nd, 2014. Jay is survived by his wife Judy Walker of Vidor, TX; sons David Walker of Ridgefield, WA, James Walker of Apopka, FL, Richard Miller of Conroe, TX; daughters Samatha Walker of San Antonio, TX, Tobey Carter of Vidor, TX, Christie Schreck of Beaumont, TX; sisters Nina, Trina, Sharla, Tanya; 8 grandchildren Amanda Thompson, Allison Carter, Aaron Carter, Madison Walker, Isabelle Walker, Ethan Walker, Nicholas Gloede and Kaityn Walker Esparta and 1 great grandson, Brayden Gloede.
