James Manning Harder, Jr.

James M. Harder, Jr., 66, of Vidor died Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. A lifelong resident of Vidor, James was a retired custodian with VISD. Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 21, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 24, 2014 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Vidor. James was preceded in death by his sisters Barbara Jean Abbott and Doris Faye Williamson. James is survived by his son Eric Harder of Beaumont, daughter Niella Harder of Vidor, and six grandchildren: Derek, Abigail, Austin, Andres, Genesis, and Matthew.
