James Thomas Cryer Jr.

James Thomas Cryer Jr., 61, of Vidor died Saturday, October 2nd, 2021 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, TX. He was a longtime Resident of Vidor and worked as a Pipe Fitter belonging to Local Union #195/211. He enjoyed working in the yard and was always very artistic. He graduated from Vidor High School as part of the Class of 1979. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. James is survived by his wife of 39 years Megan Cryer of Vidor, TX, his son James Nicholas Cryer, and wife Erika of Vidor, TX, his daughter Leigha Michelle Bortz, amd husband Vince of Vidor, TX, his brother William "Jeff" Cryer of Vidor, TX, and his sister Carol Ann Pearce of Kennedale, TX, as well as his 5 grandsons. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Marie Cryer.
