Jeanine W. Herod, 84, of Vidor died October 8th, 2014 at her home. Jeanine was a longtime resident of Vidor and was a member at Maple Crest Baptist church. The funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Funeral Home on Sat October 11th, 2014, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will be help at 6:00 p.m. on Friday October 10th,2014 at Memorial Funeral Home. Jeanine was survived by her son Elton Lee "Feller" Bryant of Vidor, TX; daughters Mary McClelland of Vidor, TX and Peggy Turner of Mauriceville, TX; sister Beulah "Aunt Sis" Smith of Jacksonville, TX; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
