Jessie Jane Hargis

Jessie J. Hargis, 75, of Beaumont died Friday, September 20, 2013 at her residence. A native of Washington Court House, OH., she was a longtime resident of Beaumont, and a homemaker. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Del Rose Cemetery in Vidor under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. till 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Memorial Funeral Home. Jessie was preceded in death by her sister Thelma Gookenbarger, grandsons Doug Fredericksen, and Fredrick Dale Mitchell, and her great grandson Logan Michael Miller. Jessie is survived by her husband Glenn Hargis of Beaumont, sons Greg Hussey, Rick Mitchell, and Mike Hargis all of Vidor, and Mark Hargis of Colmesneil, daughters Jackie Bittle of Hamlet, NC., and Tammy Bobbitt of Jamestown, OH., sister Dottie Fitch of Latham, OH., nineteen grandchildren, and twenty-eight great grandchildren.
