Jimmy Wayne Boone

Jimmy W. Boone, 65 of Vidor passed away Sunday, November 12th, 2017 of natural causes. Born in Florida September 5th, 1952, Mr. Boone moved to the Beaumont area in the early 1970's. He married Linda Janice Boone in 1977, who passed away a few years before him. He is survived by two daughters, Amanda and Sarah, three grandchildren, William, Briana, and Abby. He also leaves behind his mother Francis Griffith, sister-in-laws Nancy and Carla, mother-in-law Helen Jones and several nieces and nephews. As a longtime resident of Beaumont area, he was a member of the Carpenters Local Union for many years. Towards the end of life, he and his wife Linda ran Vidor Community Heath Clinic providing care and comfort for thousands of local residents. Mr. Boone has chosen not to have a funeral (against his brothers better judgment) but agreed to let us have a memorial service. Memorial services will be announced at a later time.
