Jo Ann Prejean

Jo Ann Prejean, 60, of Vidor died Saturday, February 28th, 2015 at College Street Health Care Center in Beaumont. She was a native and lifelong resident of Vidor. Jo Ann was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Vidor and was a special gift from the Lord, she was born with special needs in 1954. Her family was told that her life expectancy would be brief; however, she lived 60 years, and blessed many with her loving and sweet life. She was a joy to visit with and brought smiles and laughter to all those who knew her. A funeral liturgy outside mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm and a rosary at 7:00 pm Monday, March 2, 2015 at Memorial Funeral Home. Jo Ann is survived by her sister Glenda Prejean Dugas of Vidor, TX, brother Bobby Prejean of Vidor, TX, 4 nieces Page Johnson and her husband Wayne, Tanya Jenkins and her husband Herman, Tina Marshall and her husband Andy, Tracy Boudreaux and her husband Paul, 13 great nephews and nieces and 1 great great nephew and 1 great great niece.
