Joe Doyle, Sr.

Joe Doyle, Sr, 74, of Vidor died on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2015 at his home. He enjoyed fishing, traveling and doing woodcarving in his spare time and proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps. Joe is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Doyle of 54 years, son, Joe Doyle, Jr. and wife Sherri of San Leon, TX, daughters, Angela Odom and husband Brett of Vidor, and Tracey Davis and husband Evan of Beaumont, 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. He is also survived by 7 sisters, Louise Wadley of Stevensville, MI, Shirley Freeman of Beaumont, TX Judy Harper of Breman, IN, Linda Benson of Jonesboro, AR, Janet Sutton, Doris Yates, and Mary Kinder all of Searcy, AR, and numerous nieces and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Clarence Edward Doyle, Jr, and Jerry Allen Doyle, and 2 sisters, Ruby Grady and Suzie Doyle. Visitation will be on Friday, February 6, 2015 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Victory Temple Church in Beaumont with interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor.
