Joe Willard Kelley, Sr.

Joe W. Kelley, Sr., 67, of Vidor died Thursday, February 19, 2004 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. A native of Jasper, TX., he has lived in Vidor for 42 years, and was a retired operator after 15 years of service with Texaco Refinery. Funeral services will be Monday, February 23, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Davis Cemetery in Beulah Springs, TX. Visitation will begin on Sunday, February 22, 2004 at 6:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Joe is survived by his loving wife of 43 years Joyce, son, Joe W. Kelley, Jr., of Vidor, daughters, Susan D. Suggs of Kingwood, TX., Sheila A. Cothern of Vidor, brothers, Robert Kelley of Roganville, TX., and Edward Kelley of Silsbee, TX., sisters, Sue Haire of Buna, TX., Martha Ivins of Nederland, TX., Francis Grisham, and Eyvonne Hooks both of Silsbee, TX., and nine grandchildren.
