Johnson Dale Sonnier, Sr.

Dale Sonnier, Sr., 80, of Vidor died Wednesday, June 11, 2014 in Beaumont. A native of Vinton, LA., Dale was a longtime resident of Vidor, and a retired foreman with Southwest State Steel. Dale served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Cremation arrangements were entrusted with Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Dale is survived by his son Ricky Hayes of Sulphur, LA., daughter Rachael Sonnier of Beaumont, four grandchildren: Shelby Lee Sonnier, Mark Timothy Roberts, Meagan Roberts, and Whitney Sonnier, and great granddaughter: Gabriella Sonnier.
